If you read yesterday’s Friday’s Favourites post you would have seen this particular moisturiser on that list. The **La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra is at the top of my need list as, if you actually looked at the image I shared on the post – it’s EMPTY! GAH! I need a quick trip to Priceline to re-purchase this MUST-HAVE item to help with my daily moisturising. STAT!

Tell me what I want what I really really want? THIS **Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Icon a fabulous blue red that would – no scratch that – that definitely suits my skin tone. How do I know this? Well, a few weeks back I happened to drop into the Mecca Cosmetica store in the city, you know just for a look see? I thought I was over my addiction to lip products, until I swatched this particular lip shade onto the back of my hand. Oh My! It was lust at first sight! Seeing that I still have three or four (or was it five?) items that I am allowed to purchase thanks to some empties and give aways from my #beautydiet, this particular item has gone to the top of my wishlist. But, the price is putting me off. It’s $42 here in Australia and only USD$28 in Sephora. It’s a no go. Thank goodness I have someone coming over from the States this September! Can anyone say ‘make up mule’?

Got To Have

I might get lynched for admitting this but, I have NEVER EVER tried *Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Yep, you read it right. I’ve heard so much about it from my sister, friends and family in Singapore that when they finally started selling them in Australia I thought – hey GOT TO TRY THAT! But I haven’t. Poor form right? I mean, it’s ice cream so what’ so good about it? Well, I did a bit of research and besides their amazing range of “out of this world” flavours, they are also very environmentally conscious! They use Fair Trade Ingredients, responsibly sourced packaging and if there’s brownies in their ingredients, they only use the ones from Greyston Bakery, which is a company that practices social consciousness and action in their day-to-day business activities. You can read more about those bits here. Indulgent ice cream that practices mindful production? That just takes the cake doesn’t it?
